Tawa Chicken Recipe

 Here is what you'll need!  

  1. Boneless chicken 500 gm 
  2. Chopped garlic 1.5 tbsp
  3. Chopped ginger 1.5 tbsp
  4. Salt  1 tsp ( to taste) 
  5. Red chili powder 1 tsp 
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala     1 tsp 
  8. Green chili 4-5 pcs 
  9. tomatoes   1 medium 
  10. Cilantro / Dhania pata 1/4 cup
  11. Unsalted butter 1 tbsp 

Instructions:

1. Clean and dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

2. In a bowl Mix chopped garlic, ginger , salt and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate for 15 min.

3. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame and fry the chicken pieces until light brown.

4. Add red chili, turmeric powder, garam masala and saute for 5-6  min.

5. Add green chili , tomatoes and coriander. Cover and cook until the chicken pieces are tender (approximately 12 min) 6. Serve with mint chutney and paratha.
